May's event takes us back outside and to City Ranch, a non-profit dedicated to providing accessible and affordable horseback riding that develops positive character in children through the joys and responsibilities of horsemanship. City Ranch lessons are designed to be educational and engaging for people of all walks of life.
The team has some needs that we know our volunteers will absolutely crush, such as:
- Removing Brush on property line and road along guard rail piling up
- Cleaning up trails
- Water overflow digging
- Cleaning hay on the floor
- Painting
- Gardens for weeding
- Concrete pouring
- Chicken coop work.
Limited parking, field below parking lot to be used for parking, across the street is limited parking in truck repair shop. We encourage you to wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. We'll be out there rain or shine so be sure to keep an eye on the weather.
