Please join the Vancouver Tenants Union for an afternoon of learning, group discussion, and building tenant power! We are so excited to welcome organizers & members from the LA Tenants Union, York South-Weston Tenants Union (Toronto), Montreal Autonomous Tenants Union (SLAM-MATU), and Crown Heights Tenants Union (New York) for a discussion on solidarity, tactics, wins, and building an international movement to fight back against Real Estate Capital. We’ll hear about recent wins they have had, their analysis of the current moment we as renters find ourselves in, and the different ways they have gone about building tenant-lead organizations.
