Tips for building, running and verifying results and performance of CESM for the VSCC

The Community Earth System Model (CESM) is a state-of-the-art climate model developed by the National Center for Atmospheric Research. VSCC teams will setup a cluster on Azure and run several self-contained CESM test cases. Teams will compete on the CESM performance they can acheive, including reading input files, actual compute time and writing output.Join us on Monday 5 Oct at 3pm ET (7pm UTC) for tips on building and running CESM for the VSCC, including:<ul><li> An overview of the application and data</li><li>Tips for building</li><li>How to run it</li><li>How to verify the output, and measure performance</li></ul>We&#x27;ll also have some time for Q&amp;AThe webinar will be recorded so you can revisit it later, and because we recognize that for some teams, the timezone will be a challenge.
