VRTL Summit is a 1-day gathering for 250 investors and executives. The event will be held at Paramount Studios in Hollywood on April 26, 2017 with a focus on entertainment and games. The summit is not an entry level event. Attendees must be working in VR and have knowledge of the industry’s major developments and technologies before attending. 
VRTL is the leading network for investors and executives defining the future of virtual reality and augmented reality for entertainment and games. Events and summits are by invitation only and held at exclusive venues. VRTL Summit speakers are investors and senior executives, many of whom are friends and co-investors with strong professional relationships with the organizers.

What's the refund policy?
Refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee, which will be subtracted from your refund total.  We must receive your written request for a refund by March 24, 2017. Cancellation requests received after March 24, 2017 are non-refundable.
 
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. However you may be asked to show a government issued ID or drivers license to verify identity.
 
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
You may transfer your registration to another person by January 20, 2017.  Please provide written authorization to <A HREF="mailto:info@digitalmediawire.com" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">info@digitalmediawire.com</A>. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee.
