At the intersection of art and science lies Voyages, the Aquarium's original immersive event series for adults that inspires connection to nature and celebrates all things Baltimore.

At the intersection of art and sciences lies Voyages, an original immersive event series at the National Aquarium that inspires connection to nature and celebrates all things Baltimore. At Voyages: Chapter 2, voyagers will kick off their journey with local vendors serving up some of the best of the Baltimore food scene before embarking on an audio-focused tour of National Aquarium exhibits. Voyagers will have the opportunity to choose their own musical adventure, exploring the live performance of a composition by featured artists Jessica Keyes and Patrick McMinn that includes acoustic musicians, projected visuals and electronic music played through individual headphones. This culminative experience is inspired by Jessica and Patrick’s research exploring the biodiversity of the Chesapeake Bay.

Following this immersive journey, voyagers will conclude the evening with an after party featuring performances from local emcee Eze Jackson, accompanied by DJ Trillnatured.

This is where art and science meet. This is a one-of-a-kind celebration of all things Baltimore and the connection we share with the natural world. This is the Aquarium like you’ve never experienced it before. This is Voyages. Are you ready to embark on a journey into the deep? 



Important Details

<ul><li>Guests will enter through the Aquarium’s Pier 4 building; please be prepared with photo ID. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the event.
</li></ul><ul><li>Food and beverage from local Baltimore vendors will be available for purchase and are not included in the ticket price. 
</li></ul><ul><li>Upland Tropical Rain Forest and Australia: Wild Extremes in Pier 3 will be closed during the event. The Dolphin Discovery amphitheater in Pier 4 will be closed, but the underwater viewing area will be open. 
</li></ul><ul><li>The Aquarium is committed to welcoming all guests to experience the wonders of the world's aquatic treasures, and a variety of services are available for guests with disabilities. Contact access@aqua.org to request disability accommodations for the Voyages experience; advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs. 
</li></ul>
