Join us at the screen room pavilion at Deep Creek Preserve to learn about the adopt-a-trail program and the invasive plant species Caesar's Weed. We will pull the weed from a small portion of the trail and then enjoy lemonade under the Longleaf Pines and make ID cards for common invasive and native plant species. Supplies will be provided. Bring your own plant photos to make extra cards.
Bring garden gloves. All ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Reservations are required.
