Lifestyle, Insights, Networking, Knowledge, and Skills (L.I.N.K.S.)
L.I.N.K.S. Training provides information on available resources and methods for meeting many of the challenges that come with the military lifestyle. L.I.N.K.S. for Spouses is a peer mentoring program that engages spouses through volunteerism.
"Coffee" Chats are Monthly networking events that give family members a chance to meet and greet their neighbors. Guest speakers host discussions on various topics such as local programs and services, volunteer opportunities, wellness, relationship building, and personal & professional development.
LifeSkills Training & Education
LifeSkills Training & Education offers many workshops like Basic Stress Management, Four Lenses Temperament Discovery, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Military Families, and The 5 Love Languages, just to name a few. Every workshop offers an open and highly interactive atmosphere emphasizing relationship building, communication skills, team leadership, and personal growth.
