Volunteer for Vino and The Beasts 5K Run

Volunteers should be done by 2:30pm
WE ARE BACK with our 5K Fun Run!! Help manage our event where participants run through the Vineyards at the 10th annual VINO AND THE BEASTS and conquer our obstacles! Come enjoy the heartbeat of the Finger Lakes……WINE/BEER, in a 5k run with obstacles sponsored by Beast Mode Athletics, 3 Brothers Wineries, and Zugibe Vineyards. After the run there will be a post race celebration with music, INCLUDED GLASSES of WINE/BEER, food to purchase, vendors to visit and lots of fun to be had. Volunteers will receive a T-shirt and Wine Glass.

Included in the volunteer registration is a t-shirt and two drinks either 2 glasses of wine, 2 beers, or one of each. If you want more tastings the day of the event, be sure to make reservations by calling 3 Brothers Winery at 315-585-4432.
FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be 12 years of age or older to volunteer. In order to participate in wine tastings you must be 21 years of age and show proper identification at check in.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There will be on site parking at the the event for $5. A portion of the proceeds will go to a local/regional charity that is yet to be determined. Carpooling is encouraged as on-site parking is limited.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Bring:
Picture identification - even if you are not participating in wine tastings
Signed waiver
Shoes that can get muddy
Cash for parking, extra wine, food, and merchandise
What NOT to bring:
Outside alcoholic beverages
Dogs

Can I choose my volunteer assignment?
We will do our best to accommodate any requests. Please let us know about any physical restrictions you may have.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, up to 10 days before the date of the event. This is done by logging into your eventbrite account and making the changes there.
