About this event

Where needed, "paid supports" are part of all of our lives. The same can be true for the lives of our siblings with developmental disabilities. Join our guest, Meredith Mendoza with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), as we spotlight the center of developmental disabilities support in Ohio. Hear how Ohio DODD services can provide support (where needed) in a good life including ensuring health & safety, support to find employment, accessing communities of interest, advocacy, technology, and service coordination. You’ll also learn about DODD’s commitment to respond to the expressed needs of caregivers; including the underrepresented voices of dads, and kinship caregivers (including siblings).
