Voice Alchemy is a simple, seated old yogic practice using sound to shift your state, no experience needed. It’s less about 'singing' and more about tuning,  learning how to feel and shape your own internal state through sound.

Most people haven’t been shown how to use their voice in this way. Once you do, it becomes a very direct tool for calming the nervous system, clearing internal tension, and tuning your awareness. It’s straightforward, effective, and surprisingly enjoyable.
