A vocal workshop for authentic expression, a sanctuary for both the silly and the sacred
Your voice is more than a way to communicate, it’s a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-connection.
Through play, movement, breath, and sound, this immersive workshop blends the science of vocalization with embodied exploration. No singing experience is necessary! Think ecstatic dance for your vocal cords. We focus on what feels good, not what sounds good, creating a playful, judgment-free space to explore your authentic voice.
You’ll experience both solo and partnered exercises before closing with an inward sound journey through the chakras using traditional Bija (seed) mantras and improvised vocals.
