Explore the resonance and sensitivity of your voice to expand musicality and deepen your relationship with the self.In this intimate practice, we are creating a safe, gentle and grounded space to meet with the subtleties of our voices and venture beyond the surface of our expression.As well as expanding musicality, conscious and intentional exploration of the voice positively enhances sensitivity to sound. Observing how our mind, heart and stomach interact at the edge of our comfort zone can lead us to harmony in the relationship with both our nervous system and our inner critic.In each session, you are invited to get to know yourself deeper, experience both the joys and depths of playing with sound, and return home feeling at ease and inspired. Dress comfortably, bring water, a cushion and anything else you need to be comfortable on the floor. Mats are not provided, and spare cushions are limited.Please arrive on time. The session is 60 minutes long. The door will be locked by 6:25pm to ensure an uninterrupted session.
