Welcome to Aperta Coaching's Winchester Vocal Circle Workshop

Having given workshops in Wiltshire and online, Aperta Coaching has now come to Winchester! These workshops are all about connection. Connection with yourself, with your voice, and with others. This workshop is for you if you lack confidenc in singing, speaking or expressing yourself. It's for you if you want to learn more about breathwork and meditation and also if you'd like to connect with like-minded individuals.

The layout of this workshop is as follows:

• Welcome and Introduction
• Breathwork and setting intentions
• Affirmations
• Group chanting and vocalising
• Body movement, taking up space confidentally
• Going inwards, journalling
• Live music from Athena Aperta to help you connect to and move through any emotions
• Ending ceremony
