The Volumetric Mixer Operator Certification program consists of 4 in-depth topics. The course content is based on a nationally agreed upon standard of knowledge and skills every professional Volumetric Mixer Operator should know. At the end of each section, there is a short quiz that is designed to ensure that you have an understanding of the material presented.

The four (4) areas covered in the program are:

  • Section I – "Safety"
  • Section II – "Concrete Technology"
  • Section III – "Volumetric Operation and Maintenance"
  • Section IV – "Customer and Company Relations"

Volumetric Mixer Certification Requirements

  • Must have 3 months of documented on-the-job experience
  • Must Complete the VMOC Training Program
  • Pass the VMOB Certification Exam

*Note: This course and exam is created and maintained by the Volumetric Mixer Manufacturers Bureau and is only facilitated by Cemen Tech. Completed exams are sent back to the VMMB for grading and issuing of certificates.
