Los Feliz gave the world iconic Spanish Colonial Revival homes and birthed California Modernism. Designs from that era were so ahead of their time they still look futuristic today — and stand as some of the most celebrated residences ever built.

Join LFIA for a fascinating evening exploring the visionaries, buildings, and ideas that shaped our neighborhood — and what makes a space truly resonate.

Featured Presenters:

Barbara Lamprecht, M.Arch., Ph.D. – Architectural historian, preservation consultant, and author of three books on Richard Neutra.
Dylan Lawrence – Local urban planner and walking tour guide for downtown LA and the Greek Theater with a decade of experience in city planning.
Tiger Schenkman – Researcher, archivist and a very-nearly lifelong Los Feliz resident with a passion for preserving Los Feliz’s history and fostering community connection.
