Register to become a VITA Volunteer Tax Preparer!
United Way’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program provides free income tax assistance to individuals and families with household incomes of less than $60,000 a year.
We’re looking for volunteers to help us with United Way’s 2018 Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
Volunteers must attend both training sessions at the United Way offices in Downtown L.A.
Saturday, January 20 (10am-1pm) and Sunday, January 21 (10am-1pm).
Once trained, you can volunteer at one or multiple tax preparation events at United Way nonprofit partner sites across Los Angeles County. Tax preparation events take place throughout February, March, and April 2018!
