Introduction to Visual Supports for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Introduction to Visual Supports will provide an overview of the evidence-based practice of visual supports for individuals with autism. Participants will learn about the four different types of visual supports - schedules, cues, boundaries, and timers - and evidence-based practices for introducing these supports to individuals with autism. Participants should have a foundational understanding of autism and/or previously attended Introduction to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Participants will be emailed log-in information and training details approximately 48 hours before the training date. Please check the email you used to register and/or your JUNK mail if you do not find the confirmation in your inbox. Participants will be emailed a certificate of attendance approximately two weeks post training.Seating is reserved for Delaware residents and Delaware professionals.
