Make a donation to vist our beautiful sanctuary for rescued farm animals! Suggested donation is $15per person or $45 for a family of 4, but give what you can, your generosity helps us care for the animals and keep our gates open so nice folks like you can visit them! Your farm visit is included with a Cow Cuddle Purchase.

You'll be joining us at Rooterville Animal Sanctuary for a fun-filled 2hrs getting to know our adorable farm animals! From playful pigs to gobbling turkeys, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Bring your family and friends along for a memorable experience surrounded by nature and cute critters. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with our rescued animals and learn more about the importance of animal welfare.

Don't forget to visit our butterfly garden too and stop in our gift shop for a Roo-venir! ALL proceeds help us care for the animals. You are welcome to bring snacks to feed the critters or buy them here. They love baby carrots, strawberries, grapes, sliced apples and any type of fruit and some veggies. The cows LOVE bananas! Tinsel inhales them peel and all and Jett enjoys them peeled and in small bites. He's super gentle so kids can feed him with no worries. Aurora our min horse is also a sweet, dainty and gentle snacker for the kids to enjoy interacting with. We'll have her brushes if they would like to help her look beautiful too.

Please allow up to 2 hours for your fun-filled visit. There is a play area for the kids to enjoy as well. Tickets are limited to 10 guests per 2hr time slot. Once a slot is full, you'll need to check another time slot or a different day. Need to stay longer? Just book another slot. Two hours is plenty of time unless you really enjoy the animals.

Frequently asked questions

Can we pet the animals?

YES! Til your arms fall off if you like! The piggies LOVE belly rubs, the cats and dogs love hugs and pets too and you can pet the goats and sometimes even a cow through the fence. The white mini horse is super sweet but the brown one can get nippy so be careful near him.

Can we bring food to feed them?

YES! They love treats! Baby carrots, sliced up apples, strawberries, grapes, even crackers make good snacks for them. If you go to the feed store, they make snacks for mini farm animals and horses that work great.

How long can we stay?

Our tickets are good for 1.5 hours, that is about how much time it takes most people to visit, have fun and be ready to head off to their next adventure. If you'd like to stay longer, just check with us in the gift shop too make sure we don't get too crowded. We want you to have a great experience

If we booked a cow cuddle session, do we have to pay to visit too?

NO! We will take all of the money you will give us to help us care for the animals of course but you are welcome to visit the other animals before and/or after your cow cuddle session without paying more. Goat cuddle sessions are an additional $25 per couple to add on to a cow cuddle.

A visit to Rooterville is an experience that will leave you smiling from ear to ear. Our happy, friendly animals will make you feel welcome and appreciated as they ask you to give them snackies and pets. Spending time in their home is relaxing, peaceful and fun for folks of all ages. The kids love the sand pile more than anything! There is plenty for them to do to stay busy for a couple of hours.

We offer vending for snacks and drinks, cold water is free. Our gift shop has lots of great items for everyone, make sure to stop by and get a Roo-venir! ALL proceeds help us care for the animals you'll meet on your visit.

For the sake of the animals, please make sure to get a receipt for any donations or cash purchases you make in our gift shop. We can't wait to meet you!
