Let your home become your personal yoga studio!Yoga is an ancient practice that involves moving the body and training the mind to achieve balance and well-being. The purpose of traditional yoga is for each individual to be healthy, both physically and mentally, and able to reach his or her highest potential as a person. Whether you are a new or experienced yoga student, these classes are for you!Classes will be led, via Zoom, by Kishanna Brown of <a href="https://www.yellowmoonyogawellness.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Yellow Moon Yoga</a>. There are a limited number of spaces available and they fill up quickly! Pre-register online and if you have to cancel please do so at least 24 hours before the start of the class so that your slot may be given to someone on the waiting list.All registrants must complete an <a href="https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScn94aCkxgda_T9nnD1R7yxy2BcH0LpK_goO49zAnlzpVlkew/viewform" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">online release of liability form</a> no later than 2 hours before the start of each session or your registration will be deleted.Recommended materials needed: a yoga mat, a yoga block, a small blanket and a yoga strapEmail us at events@accessibilitybridge.com with any questions.
