Can I attend if I have trouble getting to the ground?

Yes, you are welcome here. Yoga is beneficial for all of us and we will have modifications for all skill levels.

Kids can attend with a parent and must be comfortable handling a yoga class. Please call or text Christina if you plan to bring kids so that she can prepare for them.

How do I attend for free as a member?

We love new members! To become a member, reach out to Christina to schedule a free introductory workout session and she will help you sign up for the monthly membership that makes the most sense for you and your lifestyle.

Is this safe for people with back pain or other pains?

Meetups like this one are especially perfect for you if you are dealing with pain. When you do very intentional and purposeful exercises that don't cause pain, many times it can actually help you manage or even reduce pain. Closest thing we get to magic. :)
