We are in a whirlwind of change right now, so understanding the nature of change has never been more timely. This interactive course will empower you to navigate and embrace change more effectively by understanding the brain science behind how people respond to change and what tools we can use to ease the pain of change.In this workshop you will:<ul><li>Describe the change process</li><li>Identify barriers to change</li><li>Hack your brain’s response to change </li></ul>Facilitator Bio:Meagan Brown is a Learning and Development Specialist for the City of Louisville, CO and serves as a board member for the Public Sector Change Practitioners (PSCP) and the Colorado Lean Network (CLN). She has over a decade of experience as a high school educator and leveraged her master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to transition her career into organizational development. Over the last several years, she has passionately pursued learning and teaching topics focused on process improvement, change management, and neuroscience.*Web link and instructions will be sent to you following registration.
