Ivory Howard designed a virtual wellness retreat to help busy, professional women set up a home yoga practice, workout consistently, manage burnout, rest, and reclaim their health with ease.

For this virtual retreat, Ivory reimagined our in-person community classes for a wider, digital audience so that people can join us from their own homes or wherever they are. Like our in-person classes, I’ll guide you through yoga classes, meditation, and conversations designed to make us move, think, and feel in new ways.

Ivory Howard understands that everyone's relationship with health and wellness is different, and she seeks to honor that with her work. She provides her clients with challenging workouts focused on strength, balance and flexibility to help them reach their health and fitness goals.

She is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor. She also received her Master of Public Health from the George Washington University and advanced training in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University.
