Join us virtually for our May Virtual Teaching Kitchen class! Build your culinary skills, increase your confidence in the kitchen, and learn about nutrition & the ingredients you're using, all while cooking dinner.

This month, we will be building our own sushi and making a sriracha mayo for drizzling or dipping. You can choose your filling options--sushi-grade salmon, cucumber, carrot, avocado, and more--and will be instructed on cutting the ingredients, preparing the sushi rice, and two methods of rolling the sushi using nori seaweed. No need to have a sushi-rolling mat at home; this can be done using plastic wrap and a dish towel or piece of parchment paper.
