About this event

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting in a chair or standing on the ground using the chair for support.

In this 50-minute virtual class, traditional focused breathing techniques and meditation are practiced with modified yoga movements and sequences helping to reduce stress, increase range of motion, and develop strength and flexibility.

You will not need to get on the floor in this class.

Join this super gentle chair yoga class, led by KC Knudsen, from the comfort of your own living space.

First-time virtual participants will need to register to receive the program link.

Join KC Knudsen for an in-person yoga session at Goodwood!
While Knudsen offers weekly virtual yoga classes, she will now be offering once-a-month in-person classes in the Laundry Cottage.

In this 50-minute class, all of the lessons, meditations, and exercises in the virtual class will be continued, but in a personal, on-site setting.


Chairs will be provided for all participants.
This super gentle yoga session is perfect for beginners and diverse mobilities; Laundry Cottage is handicap accessible.


As always, this is a free class, but donations are welcome.
