Virtual Summer CLE Series


The Series consists of three virtual programs presented online in June. Both veteran and newly admitted attorneys can participate, and you can register for one, two, or all three of the programs.

Program 3: Guaranty Essentials: Structuring and Drafting for Real Estate Financing

Presented in partnership with the Mattone Family Institute for Real Estate Law, this CLE program will provide an analysis of the enforceability of loan guaranties, including the enforceability of “bad-boy” recourse carve-outs. It will also discuss potential liabilities for the lender and common defenses and will provide an outline of best practices for lenders and guarantors to enforce and defend guaranty agreements.
