A sound bath is one of the easiest ways to start meditating. The sound from singing bowls immediately drops you into meditation, allowing for a relaxing and soothing experience. This VIRTUAL sound bath will be the perfect way to end your weekend. Unwind with a guided meditation and sound bath led by Alice Hu of Woo Woo Company. You&#x27;ll get an email the day before the sound bath with a link on how to join a conference / dial in. This will be our last Woo Woo Company event of 2019 and this decade!Alice is an RYT-200 vinyasa flow yoga teacher with Reiki I and II certifications. She loves to incorporate meditation and breathing exercises into her classes. Alice is also the founder of Woo Woo Company, a company bringing new and unique wellness topics to Washington, D.C. in the form of events and content.
