As a certified sound healer, Reiki and Meditation Facilitator I will guide you into a relaxed state assisting you to restore and transform. I take meditation to the next level, where I hold and create a space for you; where you fall into &quot;bliss&quot;, thus allowing your body and nervous system to exist in harmony. Chrystal Alchemy bowls carry healing frequencies are all attuned to connect differently in areas within the body including your endocrine system. When our bodies vibrations come out of sync these frequencies help to bring the body and mind back into alignment. They also balance out the left and right brain, helping to guide your mind into deeper states of consciousness and meditation. You may experience sensations of vibration, tingling or heat throughout your body. You may also get feelings of &quot;out of body,&quot; or floating. All of these sensations are completely normal.Some benefits of Sound Baths include, deepened states of relaxation, improved sleep, heightened energy and focus, memory improvement, deepened states of relaxation, improvement and balancing of mood, lowering of stress and anxiety, and a feeling of overwhelming wellbeing.<ul><li>45 Minute Sound Bath </li><li>Access to recording </li></ul>REMINDERS: <ul><li>Have your headphones, find a quiet place that will allow you to be completely relaxed. </li></ul><ul><li>Be Comfortable: When the body is relaxed your body temperature can drop or may need extra support </li></ul><ul><li>Try to avoid caffeine products before your session, if possible, this may impair your ability to relax it’s just a suggestion to do as you see fit </li></ul>Here’s how to get the most out of our session!<ul><li>A relaxing place to lay or sit; you can choose your bed, floor, couch or lay down your favorite yoga mat anywhere you are most comfortable </li><li>Eye pillow or mask (recommended but not required)</li><li>Headphones are definitely recommended. Virtual sound bath experiences can be enhanced with your favorite pair of headphones. if you don&#x27;t have any it&#x27;s ok still a beautiful way to receive.</li><li>couple drops of your favorite essential oil as you rub your hands together before we start is nice too </li><li>Your favorite blanket </li></ul>Friendly reminder to be on time. No one will be granted access to the virtual session after 5:10pm PST in respect to everyone&#x27;s time and space.
