HealThy Cooking provides  the community with group nutrition classes on various health topics, which include recipe samples & a take-home booklet, either at their facility or at companies, churches, schools, social clubs, etc.  Since they're often recommended by holistic practitioners whom they serve, and are 100% referral based, they also  provide complimentary one-on-one cooking sessions to spread the word for those who want to learn about their innovative cooking technology which supports brain & gut health, lowering inflammation, maximizing nutrition in cooked food, & decreasing the toxic overload of cooking, with time-saving techniques that support health goals. Join our live Wellness Region virtual Recipe Class every 4th Sunday at 3 PM (Central). Enjoy learning new recipes made by various individuals within the Wellness Region of our company. Those attending will also receive the recipes afterward, and may interact with questions, and learn tips to make things better in the kitchen! This is for both existing customers and their invited guests.All who register for this free class, will receive a zoom link &amp; password via Email.
