About this event

Powerful Tools for Caregivers® is an evidence-based curriculum designed to help family and community caregivers learn to take better care of themselves and manage their stress while caring for a relative or friend. Research shows that the classes improve self-care behavior, emotion management, and self confidence of caregivers and connect them to more community resources.

This virtual class series will meet six Thursdays, March 16th through April 20th, 2023, from 1:30-3:30 PM, Mountain Time on Zoom. Pre-registration is required and is first come, first served. An email confirmation with the Zoom meeting information will be sent to registered participants one week prior to the session start date. For more information or assistance registering, contact Missoula Aging Services at (406) 728-7682.

This session of Powerful Tools is facilitated by Kelly Moore with Missoula County Extension Office and Lauren Crabtree with Missoula Aging Services in partnership with Ravalli Council on Aging.
