Join us for twice-weekly Virtual POUND classes! This class can be taken in your own home via Zoom. This exciting workout transforms drumming into an effective way of working out as it combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training. POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin’ out!The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeal to both men and women of all ages. Open to all fitness levels. Our instructor will be Heather Hartman, Certified POUND Pro and co-owner of Spinning Harts Dance Studio East.**DETAILS TO REGISTER** E-mail the instructor Heather Hartman at spinninghartsstudio@gmail.com to RSVP so that she may have your contact info to send you the ZOOM link. RipStix are highly recommended for this class and are available for purchase at the price of $20. Heather can provide safe, contactless delivery of the RipStix.
