Virtual Parent Cafés are a free, safe space for parents to have meaningful conversations with other parents.

Virtual Parent Cafés are a free, safe space for parents of children birth - 5 to have meaningful conversations with other parents. The structured conversations give parents an opportunity to talk together about things that matter to them. They’re a great way to help us stay connected and keep our families strong during these difficult times. This month's theme is infant care. There will be two free raffle prizes.

At the Parent Café., we share ideas that can help us take care of ourselves and our families and raise strong, happy children.We'd love for you to join usOur guest speaker, Sam Blue, father of nine, Parent and Community Leader will co-facilitate this Parent Café and talk to dads about his journey as a father.

Sam joined Vision for Children at Risk in 2013 as a Missouri Project LAUNCH team member and is now serving as a Lead Family Engagement Specialist with St. Louis Project LAUNCH. He helps connect families to resources and opportunities, and to think strategically about how they can strengthen their family. Sam leads the Parent Cafes and is a certified trainer. www.visionforchildren.org Sam is an Alumnus of the FRIENDS NR CBCAP Parent Advisory Council which promotes community and parent leadership. www.friendsnrc.org. Outside of VCR Sam enjoys being in nature, gardening, building connections with others, and spending time with his family.
