A revitalizing 45-minute morning yoga and meditation session designed to invigorate your body and calm your mind. This practice is tailored to start your day with a sense of mindfulness and inner peace, helping you set a positive tone for the hours ahead. Stretch, breathe, and find your inner balance as you embark on a journey towards a more focused and energized day.
Class has limited space to ensure an intentional setting. Please register in advance.
Be sure to join 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Please have anything you may need to make your practice comfortable nearby - yoga mat, blanket, yoga blocks, bolsters, water, hot tea, etc.
