The Alexandria Mentoring Partnership (AMP) has been a cornerstone of the Alexandria community since 2006, bringing together a network of local mentoring programs united by a common purpose: to ensure that every young person in Alexandria who needs an advocate has access to a caring, well-trained mentor. With the support of MENTOR National, AMP provides the tools, training, and guidance needed to recruit, screen, and prepare mentors so they can make a lasting, positive impact. Together, we're helping our youth grow, thrive, and build brighter futures—one meaningful connection at a time.

In honor of its 20th anniversary, the Alexandria Mentoring Partnership has launched a series of Mentor Information Sessions. These sessions offer community members a chance to learn about what a mentor is, the mentoring needs in Alexandria, our partner programs, and discover how just a few hours a month can make a positive impact in a young person’s life. Join us to get your questions answered and take the first step toward becoming a mentor! ***The Zoom link will be sent to registered participants the week of the training.
