About this event

Mental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.  Please note that with the virtual delivery, there are now TWO parts.  Part 1 takes approximately 2 hours to complete and is done on your own through a learning management system (LMS) called Cornerstone. Learn more HERE. YOU MUST COMPLETE PART ONE BEFORE PART TWO.

Spots are limited to ensure the integrity of the training. Please sign up if you are certain you can participate.
