Let's journal for self-care.Join Life Coach Chanel Allure as she guides you through an introspective journaling experience. This workshop will help you release stress, gain clarity, and create the energy of joy. She will share with you the benefits of intentionally journaling for self-care. No prior journaling experience is necessary. Whether you consistently journal or not you are welcome to join this workshop. What To Bring:A journal and a pen, good vibes, and your favorite beverage. Tea, water, or wine all are fine! This workshop will be held on Google Meet, a video communication service. You can download the app on your mobile device or join from a desktop. The link will be provided by email 24 hours before the workshop. Prepare to be video ready, we connect best when we can see one another.
