It&#x27;s been a tough week. In our lifetimes we have never faced a public health crisis like this one. As a locally-owned small business, this situation is particularly overwhelming and stressful. Yet, we are also grateful. Grateful for our amazing cohort of practitioners that want to help as many people as they can. Grateful for our dependable back office and administrative support team. And, most of all, grateful to you, our community who has helped my dream of co-creating a community of wellness become a reality. Without you, there is no Santa Cruz CORE! Our collective health is critical now more than ever! We all need to be healthy to boost our immune systems and fight this virus. We may all have to socially distance in the physical sense of the word, but we do not have to be entirely separated and isolated. All you need is a streaming device, water, wifi, and a positive attitude. We can meditate together. One mind, one world. Through virtual fitness and meditation sessions you will: <ul><li>Reduce stress</li><li>Optimize your immune system </li><li>Get a sense of calm and clarity in these otherwise uncertain times</li></ul>Let go of our differences and think about how together we can be healthy simply by logging in to a meditation!Our bookings have dropped to less than 10% of what they have been. We don&#x27;t know what the future holds BUT what we do know is that we will not turn anyone away for how much they can pay. I have stopped taking a paycheck. The money here is 100% to sustain this project. HEALTH IS A HUMAN RIGHT. Join us as often as you wish and at the end of each session we will ask you to contribute what you can- No Questions Asked.Tune in to our meditation sessions.
