In recent days, policymakers and the media in the U.S. and Europe have increasingly focused on the potential use of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons by Russian forces in Ukraine. Following the example of Hudson Institute Founder Herman Kahn, Hudson will host a panel of experts to “think about the unthinkable” and examine possible scenarios involving the use of weapons of mass destruction.
