Dropping out of the head, and into the body. Join Campbell as he combines a variety of breathwork modalities to take participants from the rush and noise of daily life to a quiet, balanced state of relaxation and release. An opportunity to press pause on your week, and reacquaint yourself with stillness and silence. Participants will be guided to a state of deep relaxation, balanced energy, and meditative awareness and leave feeling rejuvenated and restored.

No equipment needed. Please have a comfortable place to lie down flat on your back. No pillow.

This class will be taught via Zoom. You will need the Zoom desktop or mobile app to access the class. The Zoom meeting room information will be emailed to you 60 minutes before the class starts or immediately if booked closer to the class start time.
