Our monthly Breathwork Circle is now VIRTUAL and by donation! This session will be open to the public and available to any skill level. All you need is a place to practice, a set of headphones and the readiness to breathe.
If you are you ready to dive into the unconditional elements of this new moon and receive the wisdom and healing of Integrative Breathwork, we invite you to join us next Sunday in a private, inner circle - the Awakening.
Suggested donation is $20 - If you cannot pay, please email erin@abreathofwellness.com.  A zoom link will be provided upon request. 
The end of March will be experiencing the residue of the new moon from the 24th.  This new moon is the quality of initiation – a force powerful enough to announce spring, and an energy that annually breaks through the barrier of winter to begin again, starting afresh with endless enthusiasm. To amp up the fire energy we will use the ceremonial lighting of a match to initiate spark, symbolizing fresh action.

WHAT DO I NEED? Create a space where you can lie down or sit comfortable. It is suggested to use a yoga mat with a blanket and pillows to place below your knees. Use headphones.  WHAT IS BREATHWORK? Breathwork is an active meditation technique that is a powerful tool for transformation. It can be heart opening, a deep release, emotional, cathartic—whatever you need it to be in the moment you are there. This two-part breath is done in and out of the mouth which helps to connect you to your body and activates your energy system. You will be lying down - the journey takes you through activation, process and integration. A healing experience that will help you access deeper levels of awareness and dive deeper into your true self. In this hour-long journey you’ll breathe, explore emotion, laugh and cry. It creates an opportunity to help you shed whatever parts of yourself you are ready to leave behind, leaving you to feel lighter and clearer. You will guided by a carefully selected soundtrack made just for this unique experience.
