Wild Card Open:  Create the best Blockchain/Web 3/Decentralized/DeFi Application  2. MiamiCoin Use:  Develop a use case to increase MIA utility &amp; adoption for point of sale service for local Miami merchants.  3. MiamiCoin NFT:  Develop a tool in to support the the NFT community on MiamiCoin.  4. Smart City of Miami Challenge:  Using the data sourced here https://www.miamigov.com/Developer to scaffold the most effective blockchain solution to enable Miami to become a “Smart City”  5.
