U.S. Army Network Technical Exchange Meeting 12: Accelerating Network Transformation

ANNOUNCEMENT:

The Army’s Program Executive Office C3T and Network Cross-Functional Team will host a network-related technical exchange meeting (TEM) on May 29-30, 2024, at the Marriott City Center, Philadelphia, PA. The network is the Army’s number one transformation priority. TEM 12 will build upon previous TEMs with increased technical discussion, operational feedback, targeted prototyping contract opportunities, and strategic government/industry sessions. To support these goals, TEM 12 will provide sessions centered around topic areas including, but not limited to:

  • “As a service” approaches
  • Range extension and aerial tier networking
  • Mission command applications
  • Electromagnetic spectrum warfare
  • Powering the future network

As an “even” numbered TEM, this event will also offer RDT&E 6.4 funded prototype capability opportunities and provide updates on other S&T and program of record business opportunities. Opportunities will be discussed throughout the event, and 1-on-1 sessions will be offered through a registration process.

REGISTRATION:

Registration is open to U.S. citizens only

Registration will be closed once capacity is met for the venue.

Virtual registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, May 13, 2024.

WHITEPAPERS:

Even number TEMs are structured to offer industry an operational context to drive areas of focus and better understand capability gaps, and solicit proposals for basic and applied research and that part of development not related to development of a specific system or hardware procurement. Vendors will be welcome to submit whitepapers (up to 5 pages in length) for targeted capability following the TEM. Instructions for submission of the white papers will be provided during the TEM and posted to this website and Joint Communications Marketplace (JCM) portal. These whitepapers are intended for informational purposes only and this notice shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The response will be treated as information only. Responses may be used to develop Government documentation and may result in a follow-on opportunity for demonstration of capability. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of industry submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information.

PEO C3T and the N-CFT will leverage the Joint Communications Marketplace (JCM) for vendors to submit whitepapers. To register, please visit: https://jtnc.experience.crmforce.mil/JTNC/s/register.
