Make Up Day Tues 7:00 AM-7:30 AM- (Only when a class needs to be rescheduled.)
If competing priorities are holding you back from spending hours exercising daily, cut back on the amount of time and bump up the intensity! We combine cardio-like aspect to lifting to make you sweat and burn off some calories in 30 minutes.

B y registering for this class I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I agree to the stipulations of TurneRound Fitness programs.
I give my consent to participate in fitness programs at TurneRound Fitness.
I understand that TurneRound Fitness services are not a medically supervised program and that the Virtual Express Workout program was developed for healthy people with no medical conditions or risks, either psychological or physical.
TurneRound requires anyone with a medical condition to present a medical release form, signed and dated by a personal physician however, I can elect to waive this request. I have informed TurneRound Fitness that my physician is aware of my plans to exercise and foresees no issue with following a regular exercise routine.
I recognize that exercise carries some risk to the musculoskeletal system (sprains, strains) and the cardio respiratory system (dizziness, discomfort in breathing, heart attack). I hereby certify that I know of no medical problem (except those noted) that would increase my risk of illness and injury as a result of participation in a regular exercise program.
By wavering, I understand that I am personally responsible for my actions during my tenure with TurneRound Fitness, and that I waive their responsibility if I should incur any injury as a result of my negligence.
