Radiant Bee Flora invites you to a multi-sensory act of taking time for yourself with Restorative Yoga led by Maggie McVeigh, a LOTUS WEI educator and a yogi trained in the Anusara method. She is passionate about sharing her yoga and flower wisdom, beneficial for all and applicable to all. We will also do a Spring Viola Flower Meditation with Lee in this time for nurturing, renewal and emergence.
