All levels. Find your flow in this fun and challenging vinyasa yoga class, with an additional focus on strength. This class will help you stretch tight hips and shoulders, tone lean muscles, as well as sneak in some low-impact cardio. Great for beginners and advanced yogis alike.

Laura is Los Angeles based personal trainer and massage therapist at Liberate Yourself. She specializes in helping women build lean muscle, develop core strength and lose body fat. By incorporating healthy nutrition, meditation, and self development into her personal training programs, she helps transform people holistically, from the inside out.
Having over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Laura is extremely knowledgeable on optimizing physical performance through a variety of training methods. A certified yoga, pilates, and HIIT instructor — her classes provide a triple threat, fusing three training modalities into one. Her dynamic workouts will leave you feeling perfectly balanced in body, mind, and spirit.
