As a student of neurology with Zhealth Performance and having studied with the likes of Celest Pereira, her approach to a Vinyasa Yoga class is a little different. You will be exploring movement in ways that help your whole system feel more supported by playing with small head and eye movements to help balance feel steadier, and the use of simple breathing techniques to either feel stronger or soften into more ease. It’s less about the pose and more about how your body responds when you give it clear, gentle input, thereby deepening your connection with and understanding of yourself.
