Join Love Story Yoga for a rooftop 60-minute vinyasa flow at 1 Hotel San Francisco.

Our teachers will lead our signature Bhakti flow where everyone's welcome - from the adventurous beginner looking for a workout to the advanced student wanting a balanced practice. The teacher offers variations that enable you to practice at your own level while keeping up with the flow. Expect curated playlists to support an uplifting flow and strategic sequencing designed to increase strength and flexibility while releasing stress and fatigue.

Classes will be held outdoors on the 5th floor rooftop terrace, overlooking the Embarcadero waterfront. When you enter the lobby, take the elevators to the 5th floor, make a right and head out to the terrace.

Mats will be provided for your use.
