Will I receive a recording if I am unable to attend the class/workshop/intensive in real-time?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We record all of our classes and share the recording, along with the full recipes and other resources, the day after class. That recording goes out to all registered attendees, so even if you can’t be there with us in real-time, you can watch the class whenever you’d like.

Question 2

When will I receive the class resources and recipes?

Accepted Answer

At least one week prior to the class. For classes that require special tools or ingredients, we make an effort to send pre-class information with enough lead time that you can source everything you'll need to cook along.

Question 3

I didn’t get the pre-class information email.

Accepted Answer

If you don't see the class email in your inbox, they may be caught in your spam filter, or it's possible you have unsubscribed from event updates in your Eventbrite email settings. Check there to ensure you are set up to receive emails about events.

Question 4

How do I enter my promo code?

Accepted Answer

Click on “Tickets” on the class page. A window will pop up; look to the top of the window, where you'll see "enter promo code" in blue text. Put your code there and you will see the code apply. If you have made it all the way to the payment page without the promo code applied, you have gone too far!

Question 5

Do I have to cook along?

Accepted Answer

No! You do not have to cook along if you would like to focus on taking notes during class. If you do decide to cook along, please make sure to have everything ready based off the pre-class email sent one week prior to class.
