Be prepared to learn how to deepen your body’s ability to relax with yoga and sound healing as you are offered the opportunity to listen deeply to what your body, mind and heart need to improve your wellbeing and sense of self.
You are invited to attend a four hour workshop 10am-2pm each month in May through to July, where our focus will be honouring and uplifting beautiful women through connection, conversation and self empowerment.
Be prepared to walk away with a new sense of calm, joy and space and discovery after yoga, sound bathing, cacao ceremony and a soul filled women’s circle.
Participants who attends all three sessions will receive one free ticket to a sound healing group session.
