About this event

Vibin Through My Trauma LLC Presents: 1st Annual Women of Mental Health Brunch

Join us for an empowering event designed with inclusivity at its core. Our focus is on supporting women who are navigating through traumas and mental health challenges, or those on the path to recovery. This extends to family members seeking resources to aid their loved ones, as well as local agencies and female peer mentors eager to gather valuable insights to share within their communities.

At our event, inclusivity means welcoming women from all walks of life, irrespective of race, socioeconomic status, and age (18 and above). We aim to foster a safe and supportive environment where every attendee feels heard and understood.

Our discussions will delve into crucial topics such as identifying triggers of mental health crises and adopting healthy coping mechanisms. We'll explore how our minds process emotions and traumas, and provide guidance on seeking professional help. For mothers dealing with mental health challenges while raising children, we'll offer insights and strategies for advocacy and support.

Adding a unique perspective to our panel, we're honored to feature Shanise Ollie, MBA, Chia Morgan,MPA,LLMSW, Felicia Mcgee, CCHW, and Dr. Tiffany Quinn. Together, they'll provide valuable insights, including a faith-based perspective on mental health, exploring the transformative power of faith, prayer, and hope.

Please note, this event isn't centered around book sales; however, we've published a journal as a tool for expression and healing. Feel free to purchase a copy if you're interested; we'll have them available for sale. This gathering is more about connecting with our community, sharing the importance of journaling as a means of self-expression and emotional release.

We invite you to join us for a meaningful meet-and-greet, where we can come together, support one another, and collectively embrace the journey toward mental well-being.
