Vibe With The Village (VWTV) was designed to provide a memorable experience to our community and target audience which we host as a series of standalone events across the country, with our inaugural event held in December 2018. Hidden Sound Village is a brand, community, and movement dedicated to music, culture, and community. We aim to create a space for music lovers and enthusiasts to come together and experience the power of music, as well as provide opportunities for brands to leverage their products and services in niche markets through strategic partnerships. Our main focus is on hosting monthly events that showcase local and emerging artists, as well as established acts. We believe that by building a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for music and culture, we can create a platform that promotes creativity, inclusivity, and diversity.

TICKET POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS

AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT. COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH ACCORDING TO THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION. BY ENTERING THE VENUE, HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19.

ANY TICKET ISSUED BY HIDDEN SOUND VILLAGE IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE.

HOLDER ACCEPTS AND ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS

EVENT, DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

The ticket purchaser/holder and any accompanying minors (“Holder”) voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury, illness and/or death. Holder waives and releases all claims and covenants not to sue, Hidden Sound Village and its designees and third parties associated with the event, including the facility, third parties performing services at the facility (including parking areas and entry gates), participants, institutions and their conferences, sponsors, and their respective affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners, contractors, representatives, and employees of (“Hidden Sound Village”), for any liability arising from or in connection with the Holder’s attendance at the event, or incidental to the event.

The Holder assumes the risk that seating arrangements or venue conditions may be changed for the event.  Any change to the date or time of the event shall not entitle the Holder to a refund or any other remedy. The sole and exclusive remedy if admission is refused or revoked, venue capacity limitations result in Holder’s ticket(s) being cancelled, or the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled for any reason, is a refund of up to the face value of the ticket set by Hidden Sound Village (“Face Value”).  Hidden Sound Village’s liability for any breach of any term of this ticket shall not exceed the Face Value. Hidden Sound Village may revoke this license and eject or refuse entry to the Holder for violation of venue rules, illegal activity, misconduct or failure to comply with any and all security measures. Hidden Sound Village will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event. Hidden Sound Village is not responsible for any delay causing the Holder to arrive late or miss the event for any reason.

The Holder consents to questioning and temperature screening and physical searches of their person and property and confiscation of prohibited items, and agrees to observe all requirements for entry, including, without limitation, the wearing of masks or face coverings.  Holder must comply with all safety and health guidelines promulgated by Hidden Sound Village or any governing authority, and with all event and venue policies, including any policy in place at the time of the event.  Email info@hiddensoundvillage.org for more information.  Gym Bags, Backpacks, School Bags, Oversized Packages, Cans, Bottles, Weapons, Fireworks, Contraband, Video Cameras, Cameras with a lens exceeding 6”, Recording Devices, Sticks/poles/Selfie Sticks, GoPros, Tablets/iPads, Beach Balls, Laser Pointers, Artificial Noisemakers and Containers of any kind are prohibited on event venue property. Admission may be refused or revoked and Holder may be ejected in the sole discretion of Hidden Sound Village. Holder waives all claims relating to the requirements for entry, venue and event policies and any decisions of Hidden Sound Village relating to the event.

The Holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the purchase of this ticket from anyone other than Hidden Sound Village. This ticket may not be used in connection with advertising, promotions (including contests or sweepstakes), or other trade or commercial purposes without Hidden Sound Village’s express written consent.

Any distribution or dissemination of any photos, video images, audio or other data captured within the facility for any commercial or non-personal purpose is strictly prohibited unless authorized by Hidden Sound Village.  The Holder hereby grants to Hidden Sound Village the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, image, or likeness in any manner in any form of media now or hereafter existing, anywhere in the world for any lawful purpose, without compensation and without any further authorization.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your event ticket and these Ticket Policies and Disclaimers will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.  This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), including its procedural provisions, in all respects. The FAA governs, among other things, the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement and all of its provisions, including, without limitation, the class action waiver discussed below. This arbitration agreement is intended to be broadly interpreted, and will survive termination of these Ticket Policies and Disclaimers to which you have agreed. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to the extent permitted by law to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of this agreement. You agree that these Ticket Policies and Disclaimers evidence a transaction involving interstate commerce and will be governed by and construed in accordance with federal law to the fullest extent possible.

 To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to: Hidden Sound Village 4475 US HWY 92, Plant City, 33563. You may download the forms located at https://adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Expedited Procedures in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by AAA’s rules.  Hidden Sound Village will not reimburse fees for claims, and in no event will Hidden Sound Village pay for attorneys’ fees. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.

We each agree that the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding, and that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RE-ADMISSION.
